- ได้รับสินค้าผิด โปรดส่งสินค้าผิดกลับคืนตามที่อยู่แจ้ง โดยแบรนด์จะรับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งคืนทั้งหมด และดำเนินการส่งสินค้าที่ถูกต้องให้หลังจากได้รับของคืนเรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะ
- ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ ใช้เวลาจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่ภายใน 3-5 วันทำการค่ะ
